MISSION/PAYMENT STRUCTURE:

WellSpring Cleaning Company is a ministry serving single-mothers who are seeking to help break cycles of poverty for their own families, community, and our city. Because our team members are not "professional cleaners" we have established that 50% of the actual market value of a comparable professional cleaning service is a reasonable value to assign for the service rendered. This means that the remaining 50% of your total payment (the suggested donation amount) that you are invoiced for each cleaning is considered a tax deductible donation. Please take your receipts to a CPA if you have any questions about which portion is deductible.

HOLIDAYS/INCLEMENT WEATHER:

Our office is closed on all major holidays to allow mothers to spend time with their children. If no one is available to perform your cleaning on a holiday, we will email or call you to reschedule. As a general policy, if OKCPS schools are closed then we will delay our start time to noon on that day or cancel & reschedule cleanings to serve our single-mothers and to keep everyone safe on the roads!

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK:

We welcome your feedback! We will do our best to always leave you a note & a space to tell us how we can serve you better as each of our clients has different needs! Please keep us informed of comments or suggestions you may have. The more specific your feedback, the better job our staff can do for you.

PRODUCTS:

WellSpring Cleaning Company can provide the products and equipment necessary to clean your space unless you prefer for us to use your supplies. Our products are earth-friendly and completely safe for your surfaces. If you would like us to use a product we do not carry, then please provide that product. We cannot, however, guarantee the safety of products that you provide. For heavy build-up or stains, we may request your permission to use a stronger cleaning agent.

CANCELLATIONS/LATE FEES/NO SHOW:

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please give us at least 48 business hours' notice (excluding weekends) to avoid payment. We must adhere to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for your cleaner. Cancellations and rescheduling can usually be accommodated with 48-hours notice.

If a cleaner is unable to enter the house at your scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of that cost will be charged. If a cleaning is rescheduled by the client less than 48 hours in advance, rather than cancelled, a fee of $25.00 will be charged.

In the event we must reschedule an appointment with less than a 48-hour notice, a $25.00 credit will be offered on the next cleaning.

Overdue payments are subject to a late fee of $25.00 and we reserve the right to charge interest at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per annum on overdue accounts.

WellSpring Cleaning Company reserves all rights available under Oklahoma law to collect any amounts due.
